Restaurant Manager
About the Role
Oversee daily operations of our new food and music venue in Bar Harbor. Manage dining service, coordinate with live entertainment, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front-of-house operations for restaurant and music venue
- Coordinate dining service with live music schedules and events
- Recruit, train, and lead front-of-house staff
- Handle guest relations and resolve issues
- Manage budgets, labor costs, inventory, and POS systems
- Ensure health and safety.
- Collaborate with booking/entertainment team on show logistics
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years restaurant management experience
- High-volume operations experience
- Knowledge of food service, bar operations, and liquor laws
- ServSafe and TIPS certification
- Available nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
- Entertainment or event venue experience
- Familiarity with Bar Harbor market
- Seasonal tourism operations background
